SENIOR Pastor Ben Larsen
I started leading the youth in 2009 and officially became the Youth Pastor in 2013. In October 2019, I came on full-time as the Family Life Pastor. In July 2023 I stepped into the position of Senior Pastor. I am married to Stephanie and we have four wonderful children. I enjoy most anything outdoors such as sports, mountain biking, rock climbing and camping with the family. I am passionate about living my life in and through Christ. I desire to lead others to experience the true freedom and joy Jesus offers us in a personal relationship with Him.

Teaching Pastor Dennis Siebert
I led the church as Senior Pastor since June 2016. In July 2023 I stepped into the part-time role of Teaching Pastor wanting to spend more time with grandkids who are scattered around the mid-west. I am married to Tanya and we have four grown children and 13 grandchildren. We enjoy spending time with our family, as well as being able to do some traveling to explore new places. I truly enjoy helping people understand Biblical truth which sets them free to love Jesus more and experience more of His grace and peace.

WORSHIP DIRECTORS Clay & Marci King
I (Marci) joined the Little White Church in 2007 when I moved to Hill City to work with Young Life, and Clay began attending when he moved back to the Black Hills from New Mexico in 2012. We were married in 2014 and have three smart and spunky daughters. We love hiking, coffee, the Black Hills, and a pretty random list of side hustles that relate to all three of those things. Both Clay and I have enjoyed serving on the worship team at LWC for several years, and are excited to come on staff in 2026 as worship directors. We care deeply about glorifying God in song, knowing him more deeply through corporate worship, and serving our local church!

Office Administrator
I was an Office Administrator at our church in Sioux Falls, before moving out to the Black Hills in 2007, and was truly sad to leave that position. So, in January 2016, I was thrilled to step into the Office Administrator job here at the LWC.
Ben and I were married in 2004, and we have four wonderful children and a black lab (Breck). I enjoy early morning walks with our dog, watching my girls play volleyball (and playing volleyball myself), cleaning, baking, and reading magazines (home & food).
I am passionate about Jesus and His Word, and sharing Him with others.
